Whether you call them resolutions, goals, intentions, or even a bucket list for the year ahead, there’s something special about starting fresh in January. It’s the perfect time to reflect, reset, and set your focus for the year ahead.
With that said, here are our New Year’s resolutions for 2026!
Kristina’s New Year’s Resolutions
1. Post more content
I’ve always loved creating… but I’ve also always been way too in my head about posting. Now it’s time to let go of that fear, and share more of what I love (even if it feels a little uncomfortable at first!).

2. Publish a book
If you know me, you know writing has always been my passion, and becoming a published author has been my absolute dream. This year, I’m finally taking the leap and seeing what happens.

3. Improve my gut health
Last year, I didn’t feel like myself at all. Between all the the crazy bloating, low energy, and migraines, my body was clearly asking for more care. This year, I’m focusing on small, realistic lifestyle changes that’ll help me feel better from the inside out (and I’ll share more about this in future blog posts!).

4. Run more
There was a time when I’d head out for a run almost every day, and loved it. I want to get back to that. Plus, let’s be honest, this comes with a very good excuse for new running shoes.

5. Go to a music festival in another city
In 2025, I completely fell in love with EDM and even went to ÎLESONIQ for the first time. Experiencing a festival somewhere new would be the perfect way to mix music, travel, and a little adventure.

Alisa’s New Year’s Resolutions
1. Get more sleep
For years I’ve been scraping by with 4 to 5 hours of sleep, maybe 6 on a good day. This year, your girl’s saying goodbye to the brain fog and prioritizing sleep. This means less screen time before bed, and more reading and journaling!

2. Make use of my gym membership
I got a gym membership again a few months ago to get back in the gym. 2026 is all about focusing on my health and wellness. Plus I have a wedding to prep for, people!

3. Take up a new class
Every year I tell myself I’ll try an adult ballet class, a pilates, or barre class. This year is that year!

4. Spend mindfully
This doesn’t mean cutting out spending cold turkey. It just means being more thoughtful in my purchases. I can’t deprive myself completely of my retail therapy!

5. Get my driver’s license
I am Spongebob and Spongebob is me. I’ve renewed my learner’s permit more times than I would like to admit, and this needs to be my last!
